This is a done for you service will ensure your account is setup correctly and you are ready to go.

The QBO set-up of your account includes:

• account settings - back office portion
• your account list (also known as the Chart of Accounts)
• GST/HST sales tax account and codes
• products/services categories to group your revenues for better financial reporting
• Custom reports to assist you with monthly processes
• Custom reports for financial reporting

• one hour of online training so you can navigate QBO easily - recorded for future viewing
• Training Guide - pdf copy with links to additional resources
• Additional resources including video tutorials and cheat sheets.

Quickbooks Online already set up but want some training?

This done with you service builds your confidence in using QBO. 

To accommodate a variety of learning levels I offer training packages that allow you to determine the amount of training you feel you need. 

These are prepaid packages of time that can be used at your discretion. Training sessions are done via Zoom. The recordings are uploaded your own shared Google Drive folder, available for you to download for future viewing. 

Available time blocks

8 hour block of time - used in 2 hour chunks - $800 + HST
6 hour block of time - used in 2 hour chunks - $630 + HST
4 hour block of time - used in 2 hour chunks - $440 + HST
2 hour training session - $240 + HST
Hourly training - $125 + HST

This training can also be used for sessions including system creating, system optimization, bookkeeping issues, review of your Quickbooks account.

Be sure to complete the QBO Training Questionnaire after choosing your block of time.
